From the Art Deco era I present this fabulous piece of bakelite made by Patons & Baldwin the "Patwin" rug wool cutter made in England. Explicit instructions are embossed on the plastic "Turn this way" ~ "To start feed end of wool through this hole" etc. Classic old school, in excellent condition & held together with two screws. No damage, the handle turns around & this is a rare & wonderful piece of bakelite memorabilia for the collector.
