Art Deco rich golden amber Thomas Webb decanter & 6 glasses

This lovely set is in very good condition. You are bidding on a Thomas Webb decanter and 6 Thomas Webb Crystal cocktail glasses. Each piece is acid engraved for pieces made around 1950. The base to the decanter is polished and slightly concave.

The glasses have straight angled sides with protruding nodules in a pattern around the sides. The decanter is matching. All are in a really nice rich apricot or amber colour. It has a hint of pink giving the colour a lift from the usual drab amber glass.

One glass has a small chip to the rim of the base as shown but I have included it as it completes the set.

There are no other chips and there are no cracks or scratches.

The glasses are 76mm tall and 60mm across the rim. The decanter is 245mm tall and measures 110mm across the widest part.

The set weighs 1.17kilos.

For North American users a handy guide is 25mm or 2.5cm is a little less than 1 inch, so 100mm or 10cm is just less than 4 inches.
