A very good quality statue of Ascelepius, son of Apollo and demigod of Medicine and Healing.  This statue is made of cold casting resin, a meticulous time intensive, detailed art and finished in marble dust.  The statue is 13.5" or 34.5cm tall.  The detail is excellent.  This statue comes in it's own foam lined box.  NEW

 

"Asclepius (Greek ???, transliterated Askl?piós; Latin Aesculapius) is the demigod of medicine and healing in ancient Greek mythology. Asclepius represents the healing aspect of the medical arts, while his daughters Hygieia, Meditrina, Iaso, Aceso, Aglæa/Ægle and Panacea (literally, "all-healing") symbolize the forces of cleanliness, medicine and healing, respectively."
