Domestic Buyers:
Shipping Time: All items ship the same day if payment is received by 3 PM MST, otherwise the item ships the next day. This means that every single packages ships in 24 hours or less!
Shipping Costs: Highest shipping price +$1.99 for each additional item. $25 maximum shipping charge per order. The $1.99 does not apply to tires, batteries, bodies and radios. For example, if you buy a set of tires and two other items your shipping would look like this: Tire shipping price + next highest shipping price + $1.99.
International Buyers
Shipping Costs: You must use the shipping calculator on each auction page and add all the shipping costs together for each item that you want to include with your order. Your final shipping cost will be 15-35% lower than that total. Email us if you need help or an estimate. There is no maximum shippping charge on international orders.
Shipping Time: International orders ship ASAP but can take as long as 4-6 weeks for delivery if stopped at customs. Most international orders, however, arrive in less than 2 weeks or even quicker. You must wait at least 4 weeks before we can help you with sending another package.
Customs: Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges when receiving the package in your country. Please be aware of what those charges will be before purchasing from us. We can not and will not pay your customs charges for you.
Payment time frame: Payment arrangements must be made within 3 days of auction end.
Accepted forms of payment: Paypal, email for other available options.
Refunds/Exchanges: Due to the nature of this hobby, we don not accept returns. We will work with exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you received the incorrect item, we will fix it at our expense ASAP.
Feedback: Our feedback system is automated. Once you leave feedback for us, it will automatically be left for you. We can make no exceptions to this policy. Please note that if you leave negative feedback without first contacting us, we will no longer be able to help you.
