On receipt of your payment for any custom template a questionnaire will be sent to enable me to design to your satisfaction.  Please note that a custom designs can take up to 21 working days as they are a custom design and depend on my workload at the time. I work on a first come first served basis from receipt of the returned questionnaire.  To provide equal service to all clients orders and to keep my store design costs to a minimum I allocate the same amount of time per order.  I provide a link via email to view your custom design proofs which are based on answers in the questionnaire.  At this stage revisions and previewing  can be made.  From initial preview and you can request one only revision /editing of your custom design.  Any further requested changes after this may incure additional fees. 

Custom store designs are installed into your store for previewing. I not only insert your templates but color co-ordinate your store  and may in some circumstances make use of promotion boxes to better display your stores design.  It also enables me to see how design looks whilst in the designing stage.
