The only thing that you have to make sure that your carrier is using the same system and frequency in your area as the phone listed. ( For example, Unicel uses GSM system in some markets and CDMA in others. Some GSM carriers use GSM 1900 MHZ only, like T-Mobile, but AT&T uses 1900 or 850 MHZ depending on the area) .
