Returns policy

 

If you consider the item to not be as described please contact me by e-mail within seven days of receiving the stamp/s. Return of items will be accepted so long as it is in the condition as sent out. Full refunds will be given. Our returns policy is within 30 days from the date of sale unless agreed in advance e.g. for certification.

 

Postage and Packing

 

If more than one item is purchased the charge may be increased depending on the weight

International bidders should contact seller for P & H cost.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries and therefore we cannot take responsibilty for undelivered items, losses are very rare but registered post is therefore recommended. 

 

BANK DEPOSIT IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Postage PLUS $3.00 for Registered Post if paying via PayPal. 

 

 

The Ebay invoice will be issued as soon as possible after the auction completion confirming the amount due. Multiple purchases will appear on one invoice where possible. I will normally issue the reminder after 8 days and then Non Paying Bidder Alert 15 days after the auction finishes. If no payment is received 14 days after this a Non Paying Bidder form which will also bar from bidding on further auctions of ours will be issued. Genuine difficulties will be taken into consideration.

 

I accept payment by direct debit (details included with invoice) Austrailan Money order, cheque, PAYPAL (see above) and cash in Aussie dollars only and sent at buyers risk.
