General

• I hate legalese and I like to keep things as simple as possible.

• I try to be as flexible as possible and want all transactions to be a pleasurable experience for all parties.

• I will bend over backwards to help meet any special requirements - as long as they are reasonable .

• If you encounter any problems please contact me first so that we can amicably resolve any issues.

Sale Terms & Conditions

• All bids are final and your winning bid is an agreement to purchase the product at the auction final bid price.

• The successful bidder pays all postage and handling costs.

• The successful bidder should complete the sale transaction within 7 days from the date of receiving the email notification following the end of the sale. But again, if you have a problem, please contact me and we should be able to work something out.

• Unfortunately I have no control over the item once its been posted, so I can't be held responsible for lost packages. I haven't had one go astray yet, but if this is a concern, please consider purchasing insurance.

Payment Terms & Conditions

• I happily accept a variety of payment methods, but prefer Direct Bank Deposits for Australian transactions. Details will be available at checkout (if you can't see them please contact me as the details can be slow in appearing.).

• I check my bank account regularly and will advise you when payment has been received.

• Please use your eBay user id in the Direct Deposit Reference field to enable me to easily identify your deposit.

• I prefer International buyers use Paypal. If Paypal transactions are not possible for you, please contact me and I will advise you of an alternative method.

• I willingly accept Australian Money Orders, but I can not accept or process international money orders or postal notes. This might seen harsh, but there is simply no easy way for me to cash the orders.

• I willingly accept Australian Bank/Teller Cheques.

• I willingly accept Australian Personal Cheques. But please note that I must wait until the cheque is cleared by my bank before I can dispatched the item. This process unfortunately can take up to a week or more.

• I willingly accept cash-on-pick-up payments - but I imagine that will only appeal to southern Tassie buyers!

Postage and Handling Terms & Conditions

• I endeavor to post on the same day that payment is received, but sometimes it will be the next day.

• Weekend and Public Holiday postal clearance times can delay posting as well, so please keep this in mind.

• If the item won't fit into the narrow slot of our roadside mail box it becomes a post office counter job and has to wail until the next business day.

• I will happily provide International bidders with details of air and sea mail postage and handling costs to their destination. Please email me for the information.

• I will hold the item/items for you if you haven't paid in the full amount, and then dispatch them when full payment is received.

• If you require any thing other than standard surface mail, please contact me and I will see what I can arrange.

• If you don't want Australia Post to leave the package on your front door step if you are not at home, let me know immediately by a separate message and I will request to have the item carded.
  

• Please ensure that your eBay postal address details included in your Payment Advice are up-to-date and correct, as this is the information I use when addressing your item.

Combining Postage Terms & Conditions

• If you buy more than one of my lots, I may be able to combine the goods and save postage. This of course depends on the combined weight and the interval between auction times. But I will do the best deal I can for you.

• If you are bidding for more than one lot and you feel you may be eligible for a combined postage discount, please email me

• If one lot has already been dispatched, unfortunately you will not be eligible.

Return/Replace Terms & Conditions

• Money back guaranteed if the product is not as advertised, but you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Buyers are required to send items back to me before I can arrange a replacement or refund.

• Buyers are responsible for the return postage, and it is not refundable.

Feedback

• If you encounter any problems please contact me first before leaving feedback so that we can amicably resolve any issues.

• I use your feedback as an acknowledgment by you that you have received your item.

• Once I know that you have received your item, the transaction is then complete and I will then provide you with your feedback.
