Payment will need to be in Australian Dollars. Postage within Australia is around $30-$40.  All buyers please email for an accurate shipping cost.

I endeavour to always minimise shipping cost by using good recycled packing materials and therefore just charge flat postage costs.

I believe in giving honest, accurate and detailed information on my auctions so as to minimise any mistaken assumptions about condition of article and particularly relevant when dealing with old antique dolls as they all have issues of varying degrees.

I am open to discussing Laybys if needed.  Reduced in price by $30!!!

Meet "Allison in Gingham"  an Australian Pedigree appropriately marked on back of the head and with the verifying 6 hole mama; and the mama is working~!!

Allison has a good peachy all over colour with her face slightly lighter than the rest; normal of course.  I have enhanced her blush slightly as there was near to none left.

She has her original trademarks eg. eyebrows, feint lower lashes painted on, lush saran wig (which is still very full and amazing for her age, shampood and conditioned also), and 6 hole ma ma.  She has a  really quirky and cheeky little face.  She has what sounds like her original ma ma.  In good faith as this may be her original ma ma,  I will give to buyer  a FREE new ma ma just in case !!  She has pretty  red lips and white teeth.  Her eyes are bright and flirt readily, being a little transient at times however equal in alignment. She has new  medium brown lashes and I have touched up her lids which had been repainted when I acquired her.

She walks very well head turning as she goes showing no stiffness in her joints arms are strung well and hold a pose.

She has minimal play marks, a few scratches high on her forehead mostly covered by her hair, and a tiny split at the bottom of her torso. See these in pics only mentioned to be accurate; and all are minor issues.

Allison's outfit is made from a pinky orange gingham called  of course, "Allison Gingham" It has a softer sythetic feel than cotton gingham and falls beautifuly in her gathered skirt which has an attached petticoat of siera voile trimmed with lace.  Her panties are made to match to which I have added self frilling organza at the leg openings.

The bodice is waffle weave cotton and features a centre front trim of gingham ribbon overlayed with  a floral embroidered organza trim.  This trim is repeated on the hemline of the skirt and adapts well as a waist sash;  this sash runs from the centre front trim to the back and ties in a sweet bow.  The bodice closes with poppers.  The sleeves are puff fitted elbow length trimmed with white bias. I have added a cute toning bolero in white patterned weave organdy trimmed with the sweetest fine bobbin trim in white and peach.

Her accessories are  a brown suede hat with a large white organza soft bow at the back.  Complimentary flowers set off the centre front.  It ties with white organza ribbons.  Her sandals are brown and she wears white ankles socks with these. She also has a little toning beaded purse to carry.
