Australian pottery 'Speedie' brand electric jug or kettle. It is in perfect useable condition and comes with what i think is its original cord.

 

It is marked underneath with J4 and there is also another mark that looks like 2 oval circles overlaping one another. Im not sure what brand of pottery this is.
