Hi there, all our health and beauty products listed are brand new and untested. Some items are sold as unboxed without their retail box/packaging and/or marked as testers...and these will be stated clearly in the description. (please note that some unboxed items may have some slight scratches/scuffing)

Combined shipping is available for purchased/won within 7 days. Please email me when you have finished making your purchases for an adjusted invoice to be sent out.

Registered post is extra (available on request) and highly recommend as we are not liable for any lost or damages during transit by Australia Post. All our parcels are well packed with a lot of care and leaves here in perfect condition.

If in any case you have not received your item or is damaged and you have not insured or registered it, please contact your local post office to find out whether you can lodge a claim for compensation (the form is called "customer service complaint"). We will assist where possible with any claims lodged with Australia Post. 

The postage charge may include a small handling fee plus actual postage. My parcels are packed with a lot of care to ensure they travel well.
