I have personally inspected this item and I have complete faith that it is exactly as described. However, if you feel that the item is not as it was described or you have any other problem with the item, you may contact me within 14 days of receipt and I will give you instructions for shipping it back to me. Return shipping is buyer's expense. As soon as I get the item back and verify that it has a problem, I will refund your money or replace the item (if available)   I accept payment through Paypal only.  If you need to pay some other way, please contact me and I'll try to work something out for you.

Shipping is FREE via USPS First Class Mail or $3 via Priority Mail to US and Puerto Rico addresses.  If you would like me to wait to ship your item because you plan on bidding on or purchasing other items from me, please send me a message as soon as possible.

I will ship internationally for $3 via USPS First Class International.  Please be aware that international shipping may take a long time, and in some cases, customs delays can cause shipping to take several weeks.  As long as you understand this, I am more than happy to sell to you.
