Are there any other costs? Booking Fees?

A. Hi! I know it seems too good to be true but it is. The conditions are as listed on the item description.

Purchasing this voucher is subject to attending an informal chat at the resort on the benefits of

holiday membership without any pressure to enter into any legal agreement.

This is a 7 night accommodation package for 2 adults and 2 children with no catches.

There is NO booking fee!

Flights, food, beverage and airport transport are your responsibility. There is only one catch

(if you can call it that) and that is when you buy a voucher from us we give you a code to quote

when booking so that we know that you have bought the voucher from us,

hence no booking fee. You have nothing to lose but gain 7 days of sheer indulgence.

Q. I am married but travelling with friends, am I eligible for this offer?

A. Unfortunately not. 'Couples' must be travelling together with their partner to use this offer and

'Singles' must be unmarried.

Q. What does the Voucher entitle me to?

A. This voucher is for 7 nights accommodation only. Flights, food, beverages and airport transport are your responsibility.

Q. How do I book my dates?

A. Once a voucher is purchased you will be sent a booking form directly from the Shangrila. Availability may

be limited during school holidays and peak seasons. The sooner you book the better chance of getting your

chosen dates.

Q. How do I find out what dates are available?

A. Dates can only be applied for and / or confirmed once a voucher is purchased however ALL dates are originally available till booked so the longer notice you give the greater the chance that your first choice of dates can be fulfilled. That is also why we make the vouchers valid 2 years from the date of purchase.

Q. Are there any hidden costs?

A. There is NO booking and processing fee. The only cost to you is the cost of the Voucher.

Q. Can I gift my Voucher to someone else?

A. Certainly, this promotion is FULLY TRANSFERABLE as long as they meet the Terms & Conditions as stated

in the listing.

Q. Can I take another child i.e. 2 adults & 3 children?

A. If you have 3 children the Resort will do their best to accommodate you but there will be an additional charge.

Q. Can I purchase and use more than one voucher?
