I provide combined shipping on multiple auctions bought on buy it now or won at auction.  If you are bidding on several auctions that all end within 7 days of each other please contact me for combined shipping. Postage costs

Postage and handling costs are actual shipping costs plus minimal money for packaging and incidentals.

 Handling

All items will be posted within 48 hours of payment, at the latest.  It is normally within 24 hours of payment, except when payment is rec. on a Friday or Saturday.

Another exception: Lateness due to any illnesses I or any of my family may occur!! Cross my fingers on that one!

 RETURN POLICY

 Refund

Refund will be given as money back if the item is not as described in the description, please email to notify me within 3 days of receipt. Please do not send items back without prior approval as refunds will not be made without prior approval.  All costs incurred for return shipping shall be fully borne by the buyer and refunded when returned if the product is deemed faulty. Postage fees are not refundable. All monies will be refunded when the Registered Mail/Parcel is confirmed lost in the post with the investigation result proven by Australian Post Office and after the claim is approved and released by Post Office, to me, the seller.

Tupperware products are guaranteed by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, warping or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Tupperware warranty does not guarantee damage caused by humans or pets such as bites, cuts, melts, stains, scratches or defects of print/colours caused by impact. Those goods carrying the Q guarantee are covered for manufacturer faults 30 days from purchase.
