This series contains all cards from the US series but the foils in this UK series do not have the same finish as the US cards. They have an additional starred finish in the foil process making each card unique.
All cards are in English.
This is not a business for me. It is a hobby gone mad. What I get back from duplicate card sales will be spent on more cards, no doubt about it. My girls think Bella Sara and Harry Potter is the best thing ever. We are obsessed with collecting and buy a huge number of cards to support this “addiction”. I need to sell, sell, sell, so we can buy, buy, buy.
Nothing beats the beaming grin and shrieks of joy from my daughters when they receive a card they have been waiting for or especially wanted -- it’s like Christmas morning every time we get new cards. I enjoy helping Moms, Dads, Grandparents, friends and relatives to have that same experience.

This might seem like a lot to read, but I have spent a lot of time answering questions because I do things a little different. I'm attempting to answer all questions here.
SHIPPPING AND HANDLING FOR A SINGLE CARD ITEM: 85 cents for the first card and 45 cents for additional SINGLE cards via Domestic First Class Letter Mail. Shipping charges will go up in May 2010. Please wait for an invoice. If you pay without an invoice you MIGHT pay too much and I will not refund for overpaying. Large orders will receive a larger discount.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I will ship worldwide EXCEPT TO CHINA. If you want a quote on shipping before bidding, you need to allow time for a reply before the auction/sale ends.
Please wait for an invoice. If you pay without an invoice you MIGHT pay too much and I will not refund for overpaying.
International orders via First Class International letter or package are expected to take as long as 2 to 3 weeks FROM THE SHIPPING DATE to reach their destination. Usually, it does not take that much time, but, experience tells me there is no cause for concern before 21 days.
SHIPPING via USPS =
Canada, Mexico, Australia & Europe & all of USPS groups 3 – 5 EXCEPT FOR CHINA: for the first card $1.50 USD /each additional card $ .75 USD. If you buy several cards you will receive a larger discount on shipping.
Other countries please ask for a quote first if you are concerned about shipping costs. Shipping charges will go up in May 2010.
I try hard to ship within 24 hours of payments received, but I’m not always successful. I have a life outside of eBay that revolves around my kids at times. As a single Mom, time spent with my 2 girls has to come first from time to time. So please keep in mind when you leave feedback and check those stars in DSR ratings, that this is not a business for me, it is a family hobby and I cannot promise to ship quick, although I usually do EXCEPT WHEN WINTER WEATHER PREVENTS ME FROM GETTING OUT. You will receive a shipping notice when cards are mailed or ready to mail after the Post Office is closed. If you need it in a hurry, tell me so I can try to make it happen and meet your deadline. I do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Weekend orders go out on Monday. In our tiny town, the Post Office is only open for an hour on Saturday, and I reserve that hour for much needed sleep. (Yawn) I DO NOT HAVE HOME DELIVERY OR PICK-UP. A trip to town is necessary to ship items. You will receive your cards as quick as I can possibly get them out to you.

IMPORTANT: Please contact me after you receive a shipping notice if you have not received your item(s) within 10 business days for Domestic and 21 days for International orders, so I can verify the shipping date. If you have received a delivery from me and something is not right or missing, OR IF YOU NEVER RECIEVED YOUR ORDER, please contact me and allow me the opportunity to fix any problem before leaving feedback. I try to always leave feedback when you pay and before ship. Once in a great while I might miss that step. It's not intentional.
If you don’t contact me, I can’t fix it if there is a problem. Your satisfaction and my feedback are very important to me. There is no reason for anyone to be unsatisfied, unless they do not communicate with me. Thank you for listening to my little rant. <Heavy sigh>
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR MULTI-CARD AND OTHER ITEMS WILL VARY AND BE STATED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION ABOVE IF NOT A BASIC ITEM.
WHEN INSTANT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR AN ITEM, THIS ITEM DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR THE SHIPPING DISCOUNT.
LIMITS: There is a bidding/purchasing limit of 25 items and/or $75 invoice total(s) per week for unpaid items unless preapproved. If you reach one of these limits, all you need to do is pay an invoice to reduce your totals. I send invoices frequently with the shipping discount included on all qualifying items. You do not have to pay for all items at one time or all on one invoice to receive the 7day discount.
If you find yourself blocked from bidding and the reason for it is not obvious or you wish to question it, feel free to ask me for an exception/explanation and I will look into it.
PAYMENT: Due within 7 days of the auction/sale ending unless other arrangements have been made in advance of bidding or buying -- NO EXCEPTIONS. If you want to grab an item and cannot pay within 7 days, please, please talk to me first. I am flexible within reason. You want it bad and have to wait a few extra days for payday?, I can work with you most of the time. If you commit and fail to pay within 7 days of a winning bid/buy and you have not contacted me at all, I may relist the item and file with eBay for nonpayment. Please do not bid/buy unless you can pay within 7 days of a winning bid or Buy-It-Now item. I do not enjoy filing with the resolution center but I will.
I ACCEPT: PayPal only.
SHIPPING DISCOUNT ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES:
I send out invoices when I no longer see you as high bidder or there is a gap between purchases. You may receive more than one invoice but you will still receive the discount for 7 qualifying days. Another option is to allow the 7 days to roll over with each PAID invoice. In other words, as long as you are bidding/buying/paying the shipping discount is ongoing.
Your 7 days start over with each invoice you pay – this is my “Frequent Buyer Plan” and one of the reasons I send frequent invoices. There will be a notation on the invoice to let you know the discount was applied.
Because I add listings often and my auctions are usually short (3 days), it is hard to know when someone is going to make a new bid/purchase. My method of frequent invoicing is the easiest way for me to manage things and allow buyers to get the shipping discount for an indefinite period of time when they intend to do a lot of bidding/buying. You do not have to pay for all the items/invoices at one time to get the discount. The shipping discount applies for a 7 day period no matter how many invoices or packages you receive as long as you pay for the oldest invoice within 7 days.
Every time you pay, your 7 days start over and you continue to receive the discount on shipping or may receive free shipping if you are buying a lot of foil cards, etc.
If you are buying for a little girl/boy, please tell me and I will send as you pay automatically. I know how anxious kids can get when they are waiting for a card in the mail. My girls drive me nuts all the time. My new shipping policy is simply an attempt to reduce cost passed onto buyers and to minimize “gone missing” claims and to keep kids happy. Any comments are welcome.
AS OF MAY 12, 2008 all uninsured items will be SHIPPED AT THE BUYERS OWN RISK. I will no longer refund or replace cards that have "gone missing" with no coverage. I am sorry if the new policies are an inconvenience for some, but, I want to prevent false claims, if any, and keep my buyers happy. Overall reception on the above and my “Frequent Buyer Plan” has been positive and is helping to keep my shipping charges/expenses minimized.

I guarantee all my cards to be mint with unused codes. If for some reason (and it does happen occasionally) the code does not work, I will obtain a good code from Bella Sara or replace the code myself or offer a complete refund or alternate card with no cost to you.
Please note: I have had a few cards pictured as one thing, but when the code was entered, something else popped up. That is something I have no control over. Most often this happens with the Treasure Key when it activates as the Treasure Horse. Also, I have seen the Series 2 card for Chung activate as Ninja. I cannot correct that problem. From my experience, you still get horseshoes regardless, and might receive more of them than you would normally expect anyway. I will do whatever it takes to correct or replace cards that will not activate at all for some reason. However, if the card activates incorrectly and you receive horseshoes for it, you will have to deal with Bella Sara on that issue yourself at customerservice@hiddencitygames.com .
IF YOU HAVE READ THIS MUCH, YOU DESERVE A REAL GOOD TIP or two. If there is a Promotional Bella Sara card you need that is only offered at card shows, etc., and you do not live near an area where it was available, you can contact Hidden City Games directly at the email address above and you just might get the card from them directly for free. I do not sell promotional cards that I got for nothing. If you request one and I have it on hand, I will sure send it to you with your order. The only time I ever sell promotional cards is if I actually bought them to resell. Also, I have been collecting all sorts of reusable codes for posters and such. If you are interested in a current list, just ask and I will email it to you or send it with your order. No purchase necessary to get a list of codes.
