Customers in UK Mainland can take advantage of our special postage price of
£12.99 if they purchase multiple items, up to 25KG.

Customers in Europe Zone 1 - 4 can take advantage of our special postage price
of £35.99 if they purchase 5 or more items, up to 28KG.

Order will be received within 5 days after dispatch using a courier, with tracking

Should you miss a delivery, there will be a re-delivery charge to post it back to
you.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from receiving the item.
You must notify us by phone or email of your intention to cancel. When returning
a item(s) please send a copy of the invoice and a quick note of the problem.

   * Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.
   * Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g if you have
      opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without 
      damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and 
      must be re-packaged as received.
   * Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from 
      authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty 
      items after the 7 days.

You must organise the return of the unwanted items  at your expense and risk.
The returns authorisation is valid for up to 7 days only. Goods sent back without
prior returns authorisation will be refunded after taking out our expenses and a
£1.50 re-insertion fee.

Full refund of the cost of the goods minus our expenses is wholly conditional
upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full
inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness
and correct product return.

   * Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original
      packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will
      be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery and expenses
   * Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We cannot accept these 
      back under the above terms, and the goods will be sent back to you and the 
      cost of delivery charged to the buyer.

The user is hereby notified that all or any portion of the information he or she
may provide to Linen Ideas Ltd will be used for internal purposes only. For
phone sales, credit card details will not be stored by us and we do not reveal
any portion of your information, except to complete transactions with
eBay/PayPal. We do not sell or rent our customer information to any outside
party under any circumstances. In order to process your order we require our
merchant PAYPAL to collect some information from you. We need your name
and address to know where to send your order and your credit card details,
number and expiry date to obtain payment for goods you have ordered. The
telephone number and e-mail address is to enable us to contact you should

address, telephone number, email address is made available to us by PayPal
and eBay at their server to enable us to complete your orders. We do not get
or see any information about your credit card from PayPal if you check out via
eBay. Customer information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the
