The Baroque Bohemian Cat's Tarot is set in an enthralling feline fantasy world. Each card in the fully illustrated 78 card deck shows gorgeously costumed cats slinking and sashaying through historical gardens, palaces and theatres. The images are by turns evocative, funny and poignant. A rich visual banquet in true baroque style. The creators of this deck, Karen Mahoney and Alex Ukolov, combined hundreds of photographs of real cats with custom made miniature costumes and added backgrounds of the Baroque splendour of Prague and other exquisite period locations. The lively 200 page companion book gives easy to follow instructions on reading with the deck. The traditional Tarot suits and interpretations are used throughout - with some interesting new variations. An unusual and appealing feature is the " cat's interpretation" of each card.
