DVDs are coded with different
regions according to which part of the world they have been purchased from
Here are the list of DVD region codes:
DVD regions are defined as:
- Region 1 - U.S.A,
Canada, U.S. Territories
- Region 2 - Japan,
Europe, South Africa, and Middle East (including Egypt)
- Region 3 - Southeast
Asia and East Asia (including Hong Kong)
- Region 4 - Australia,
New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central America, Mexico, South America,
and the Caribbean
- Region 5 - Eastern
Europe (Former Soviet Union), Indian subcontinent, Africa, North Korea,
and Mongolia
- Region 6 - Peoples
Republic of China
- Region 7 - Reserved
- Region 8 - Special
international venues (airplanes, cruise ships, etc.)

What is a Multi-Region Player?
It is a player that is not locked
into a specific region, and is capable of playing back DVDs from any region.
There are plenty of machines sold that are multi-region or multi-zone .... and
they will play DVDs from any region

When is payment expected?
I expect payment within 7 days after auction, but will
also accept extensions if needed
When will the item be sent?
Item will be sent within 2 business days of receiving
and verifying payment
When can I expect delivery?
Shipping takes an estimated 1-2 weeks for delivery
All items are shipped and delivered directly to the buyer from suppliers overseas (UK, Canada or US) and are subject to clearance by customs
Please be aware that sometimes parcels can be held up by customs, and this may delay delivery
What happens when something goes wrong?
All items are fully insured against loss or damage
If you have not received the item, or if your item is damaged during transit please contact me as soon as possible
Items that are deemed lost in transit can be replaced at no additional cost to you, however items cannot be considered lost under the terms of the insurance until 30 business days have passed since shipment
Should your item be lost in transit it WILL be replaced however there is a necessary investigation period of up to 2 weeks to attempt to locate the set. 90% of DVDs usually turn up within a week of being reported lost
In the case of damaged items, they can be replaced in part or in full. A replacement or refund may be given at my discretion
Return of the item may be required. No returns are accepted for incompatibility/damage that is not an inherent fault
Will I receive positive feedback?
Yes. Positive feedback will be left once I have
received payment
