 A BEAUTIFUL MINIATURE SIGNED PAINTING, ON A THIN LAYER OF IV.  IT IS SIGNED NORA SEONE OR NOVA SEONE. I HAVE REMOVED THE BACK TO SEE WHAT IT WAS PAINTED ON.  PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THAT.THE FRAME APPEARS VINTAGE WITH A METAL INLAY TO THE EDGE.  PICTURE IS 3.5 INCHES BY 2.5 INCHES.  I THINK IT IS PROBABLY ITALIAN WITH THE NAME SEONE HOWEVER I AM UNSURE.
