Here is a beautiful blue Alpine glass decanter which measures 20cms tall with stopper & 14.5cms without. The top opening is 4cms in diameter, the widest point is approx 10cms & the base is 6cms in diameter.  It has a scene which looks to be a Brolga with his wings out stretched standing in amongst the reeds in water. The Brolga is painted in silver gilding & the rest of the scene is gold gilding. It also has gold gilding stripes which go around the neck, below the scene , the base & also the stopper. The glass below the scene feels & looks to be etched.  It also has it's original sticker on the back which says 'ALPINE'. There are no chips,cracks or repairs that I can see or feel. This decanter is very elegant & would make an excellent addition to anyone's glass collection!!!   See photo as part of description.
