WARRANTY CLAIM: Always email us to get a RA (return authorization) approval before returning any items. If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 10 days from the date of dispatch, simply return the item to us (postage for returning items to us is at our expense) and we will liable for posting the item back to you. If the item is faulty and fall after 10 days, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all items are well packed in order to prevent damage/lost during return shipping. REPAIR & EXCHANGE PROCESS: All warranty are handle by local distributor/manufacturer, and we have no control of the time and process.
