BELT DOES UP WITH VELCRO. THIS COULD BE TAKEN OFF AND HOOKS ADDED. DARTS WOULD NEED TO BE ADDED TO MAKE BELT SIT FLAT IF MAKING SMALLER.

SKIRT

IS SLIGHTLY FLARED IN STYLE AND HAS 2 LAYERS. AT EACH SIDE OF THE HIP IT HAS EXTRA 'RUFFLES' THESE COULD BE TAKEN OFF EASILY IF DESIRED. HAS 2 SPLITS ON EITHER SIDE THAT GO ALL THE WAY UP. HAS ELASTIC AT THE BACK AND THIS COULD BE TAKEN OUT AND REPLACED TO BETTER FIT A LARGER HIP SIZE. THE EDGES OF THIS SKIRT HAVE NOT BEEN OVERLOCKED AND AS SUCH IT WOULD BE EASY TO ADJUST TO A SHORTER LENGTH. I DON'T THINK THAT THE MATERIAL WILL RUN IF EDGES LEFT RAW.
