This contains 6 DVD’s that you watch over a four week period and the Introduction to Betalife DVD and a 10 Minute Easy Exercise DVD that is designed to relieve tension, sculpt slender limbs, increase flexibility and help you to feel rejuvenated and who cant find 10 spare minutes in the day??

This also comes with a workbook which you are asked to fill in each week and this has been filled in with mainly pencil by the previous owner so I will erase it as best I can.

Program is complete with six DVD’s and Workbook and is in very good condition and it does work ~ I am 15 kgs lighter.

If you buy something that can break I recommend paying the extra $2.80 for registered and insured postage as unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for items that get broken or are lost in the mail……………….
