Provenance: Comes with COA which includes a photo of Betty holding the painting and is also signed on the back.

Betty Club Mbitjana is the forth child of the late Minnie Pwerle, born utopia c.1954, her language is Anmatyerre, and her country is Atnwengerrp.

Betty’s style of painting was passed down to her by her mother acclaimed artist Minnie Pwerle (deceased). She paints Awelye – Atnwengerrp, woman’s body paint and Bush Plum and Tomato. Betty's sister is Barbara Weir, and is cousins to the famous Petyarre family, Kathleen, Gloria, Nancy, Violet Petyarre and Ada Bird.

Please note size quoted is image size, there is also a border of approx 4-5 cms for stretching.

Painting will be posted in a tube via Australia Post.
