RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, we would exchange defective items for a new one but this shouldn't be happened because all items are double checked before shipping and compatibility is 100% guaranteed.

For defective products,

• Exchange within 7 days of receipt of the product, please CONTACT US and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Once you receive the RMA# from us, please return the defective unit with all accessories and original packaging. Upon receiving the defective unit, we will send out a replacement immediately.
• Defective items will be replaced with the same item and cannot be exchanged for alternate items.
