BIG Double Horse Float + living/tack space in front.

This float is something that will double in value from the buy it now price with a few grand spent on it!!

Unfinished project.

NOT included in the sale are the 2 small outside tack boxes.

Huntsman brand - approx 30 yrs old.

Solid & sound, NO structural rust, just some surface stuff.

The UP side of this float...

Fantastic to tow.

Need large tow vehicle - Landcruiser, Patrol, Maverick, F-series etc.

Tare: 1560kg (no weighbridge since changing the inside configuration - prob now more like 1100kg)

5m internal length.

2 x BIG bays forward facing.

Brand new galvanised & painted steel dividers (pics).

Dividers removable but not the centre post.

Bays: 2.1m long (7'), 0.9m wide (3').

Roof to floor = 2.2m (7'4").

Chest bars to front wall = 3m (10')

Front section currently has a wardrobe fitted (pic) - currently holds bridles, brushes, tools etc.

Plenty of space to add your own extras - beds, saddle racks, benches, kitchen etc.

Has a double 240V power point fittied (like a caravan).

Solid doors at chest bar (pic).

Hardwood plank floor is great condition.

New marine ply on tailgate (pic).

Now the stuff that still needs fixing up...

The side metal sheeting could be replaced - rusty at the bottom edge (pic under guard - not all sheets need replacing).

Side guards are rough & rusty - functional but not pretty (busted welding) - pic.

Some rivets at roof line (back left corner) have broken - I intended to drill them all out & re-rivet the whole roof once the sides were done (pic).

Tailgate middle hinge (there is 3), the weld has broken. Safe as it is but it bows in the middle with a big horse walking up the tailgate (hard to photograph).

Tailgate springs need re-tensioning or replacing - currently offer NO help when raising or lowering.

One (of 4) sliding window has no sliding panel (pic).

Needs new tail lights - all wiring ok.

No manual handbrake.

Can be inspected at Badgerys Creek OR (with notice) at Blacktown or Rouse Hill.
