Purchased from auction to use in sale of  'bachelor pad' style apartment.  Apartment has been sold, so longer required.

CONDITION: This sofa is in used condition.  There is no doubt that it looks great  when set up (which is  why I bought it!) Structurally it is perfect, no  sagging, rips in the cushion, pet  damage or odours.  There is  some wear on the fabric, which is not immediately visible, and is mostly behind the backrests & cushions.  While this sofa is not pristine it looks  great is really comfy and would suit anyone wanting to re decorate in a modern style, on a budget.
