I ship every business day and usually within 24 hours of cleared payment. Delivery is by Australia Post.   You can choose between regular, express or registered mail for items under $50. Registered post is mandatory for items over $50 and insures the consignment for up to $100.  If you do not wish to pay for registered post for items over $50, please do not buy.

PAYMENT

Please pay for your purchase within 3 days. Payment can be by Direct Deposit to my bank account or Paypal. Bank details can be found in the checkout section of my items.  I prefer direct deposit as it helps keep my costs down and my prices lower due to not having to pay PayPal fees on each transaction sent.  E-cheque payments made through PayPal will probably  take at least 10 days to clear so I do not recommend this method if you want your purchased item quickly.

WARRANTY

All my items carry a 30 day warranty for faulty manufacture or materials. In the case of  a warranty claim,  please contact me to arrange for replacement.  All faulty items must be returned post paid before replacement is made. I accept returns for items purchased in error and that are not suitable for your needs, but the buyer pays all postage costs.
