Postage: We post every weekday, our goods are always properly packed and we quote postage based on the most remote location from Sydney if you know your usual postage for this type of item is considerably less please obtain a postal quote, we are not trying to make money on postage but we are not prepared to lose on it either.

International buyers: should obtain a postal quote before deciding on a purchase.

Australia Post do not lose many items, but they do lose some, we always keep postal receipts which list the date sent, the weight and postcode of destination. In the few cases where items have been lost we have delivered a full refund, this is however always at our discretion.

Just in case it needs to be said we cannot be responsible for losses or damage in postage when the goods have not been insured and or registered, the risk is always and remains the buyers. We are always happy to do registered post and in cases of expensive items we reserve the right to insist on insurance and if refused will require a statement from the buyer that waives all responsibility by the seller.

Returns Policy: If the goods are not to the standard described or there was some fault that should have been noticed (by an amateur) then we will offer a full refund including postage.

Refunds and or replacements will only be considered after the matter has been "discussed" with the seller. We reserve the right to request the goods be returned at the buyers expense, however usually if we require the goods returned we will pay the postage.

We are happy to discuss other reasons for refunds but this is totally in the spirit of being "Fair Dinkum" and reasonable we of course reserve the right to say no.

Feedback: We rely on your feedback to let us know you have received the goods, please update the feedback as soon as you can so we can complete the transaction.

Finally we are very proud of the standard of our "goods", the service we offer and our reputation. We are very careful with other peoples reputations, we ask that you "discuss" any issues you may have before placing negative or neutral feed back.
