BILLET ALUMINIUM FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR
TRUE PRO STYLE REGULATOR

BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED
Actual physical size is simular to a standard Holley style fuel pressure regulator.

Heavy duty mounting bracket is included. Notice the additional bracket mounting holes in the bottom pic.

This is a must on any street rod or race car. CNC machined aluminum body. Anodized red. This regulator is a must on any carbed engine running an external electric fuel pump or mechanical fuel pump.
All type fuel pumps should be regulated for consistency.
3 total ports. The main port coming from the fuel pump is located at the bottom, and the other two ports can be used for duel feed on duel line carbs or single line feed allowing the other port for fuel pressure gauge use or as a return line. When using one of the ports for a return line it must be restricted to maintain fuel pressure on the feed line.
Some electric fuel pumps tend to overheat when used for street use, and using one of the ports as a return line allows the regulated pressure to ease off from the fuel pump. The return line is usually not needed if the car is used for track use. This is not the type of regulator used on cars that have an in-tank fuel injection fuel pump feeding a carburated engine.
Those type regulators have a bypass fuel return design. This regulator is to be used on carbed engines with external electric fuel pumps such as the traditional Holley blue or black fuel pumps, and is highly recommended to be used on engines running conventional mechanical fuel pumps. This is a very standard design. The build quality and appearance are outstanding.
Adjustable between 3-12 lbs. Perfect for street machines and show cars. Accepts 3/8npt
Universal design to fit ANY application. Chevy, Ford, Honda, Toyota as well as Street Rod or Custom Hot Rod.
- Great for "Blue" or "Black" Performance Electric Fuel Pumps where pressure must be regulated. We believe you should regulate any and all fuel pumps. You would be surprised how inconsistent they are, not to mention the pulse wave of fuel generated.
- Identical function to Edelbrock, Holley or Carter
- Includes 4 hole bracket for Universal Mounting.
- 3/8" NPT Ports (Inlet & Outlet)
-
- The mounting screws are not included. The screws to mount the plate to the regulator are included.
Those using fuel pumps that are preset at 7 psi, should still regulate the pressure for two reasons, first of all we think you should keep the pressure around 6psi and fuel pressure regulators seem to smooth out the erratic flow of fuel.
