There are 2 scenarios for returns & refunds:
1- If Disk is Damaged in Transit or Not in working condition:
Buyer to post back the damaged disk.
Seller resends another disk and refunds buyer's postage cost
2- If Disk is in working condition and buyer wants to return it anyway:
Buyer to post back the disk at their own expense.
Seller refunds item selling price only (excluding seller's postage cost) |
