BLACK HALTER DRESS

SIZE 12/14

Tags have been cut off but I think its an OBI brand.

Has been worn but in great condition.

Has halter tie around neck but also has "boob tube" bra fitted inside.

Lovely rouched under bust and waist with full cotton skirt (fully lined underneath).

Beautifully made and detailed.

measures: under bust 80cm (unstretched) has tshirt material on back to waist so can stretch quite a bit.

under bust to hem: 100cm
