WHAT IS THE TECHNICAL SCOOP?
Our fuel caps are CNC machined out of solid billet to ensure an accurate fit.
Each set comes with the O-ring that seals it to the filler neck in your fuel tank
These caps use your existing fiment bolts (or alternatives are provided where this is not the case)
These fuel caps are on average around 50% lighter at 110gr
These fuel cap simply spins on to the base to tighten it
Fuel caps have a built in breather system
These are an aftermarket part designed to make fuelling faster and do not have a lock
WHAT MODELS DO THESE FIT?
Each fuel cap is designed specifically for the models listed above, if you can't see your bike listed then in all likelihood it will not fit your bike.
HAVE YOU TESTED THESE?
We have tested these extensively in the Australian Superbike series on the Team Anchor/Northstar Yamaha Race bikes, the Carbonsport Race team, Toowoomba Yamaha R1, and a host of other privateers.

HOW DIFFICULT ARE THESE TO FIT?
Childs play. Use your common sense, fit the new cap in a well lighted and ventilated area.
Ensure there are no naked flames or anyone smoking.
Turn of your mobile phone to prevent sparking
Make sure your bike is turned of
You only need an allen key to loosen and remove the bolts
Open the fuel cap and see if there is another bolt inside and loosen and remove
Remove the OEM fuel cap
We recommend you use and anti-seize thread coating before re-fitting the bolts as you install the new BEE keyless fuel cap.
Apply some grease to the fuel cap lid and base thread and close the lid
Go for a ride !
