1. Shipping and Postage

Within Australia I use  Australia post bags for items up to 500 grams and a  postage bag for items 500 grams - 3 kg.

I ship using Australia Post or TNT for heavier items. I don't charge a handling fee. If it's an item where I can't use a prepaid bag, I will recycle packaging wherever possible and try to keep the costs down. Buyer pays actual postage costs. Unless the shipping costs are specified, once you have contacted we me with your address, we can work out the shipping costs. I live in South Australia and the mail often takes a little longer other states so please be patient! I will post items within 48 hours of receiving payment, unless for some reason I can't - I'll keep in touch if this is the case. I am always happy to combine multiple purchases to try to save you money on postage, so please look at my other items I have listed.

2. Insurance

You are welcome to ask for an insurance quote. I do not supply them as a matter of course. If TNT is delivering the item you have bought – you are recommended to pay the additional cost of insurance, as they take no responsibility for items that are not delivered; broken in transit; dropped; lost; blown up etc etc… They charge $6 per $100 of value. If you choose not to take out insurance, I will not take responsibility for the state of the item once it arrives at your door. I will not sell you goods that are faulty (unless specified) and can assure you that all items sold to you are in excellent order when they leave my premises.

I DO NOT accept personal or business cheques (checks) or International Money Orders.

Winner must contact me within 3 days of end of auction (or re-listing may occur and negative feedback may be posted). Please feel free to ask for more information - if I can help, I will do!

For those that do not pay, I always file non-paying bidder reports - so if you don't want it, don't bid!

5. Items for sale

There is no warranty and no return. Items sold as explained and as is. Please ask me questions if you are unsure about anything at all. If you are a 0 feedback bidder on items over $50 - please contact me (electronic_wholesaler@bigpond.com) before bidding as I reserve the right to refuse the sale and or cancel the transaction.
