Q:Do you combine shipping?

A:Yes I do for purchases within a 7 day period as payment must be made within 7 days. Each additional item postage: Aust buyers $1 and International buyers $3. Please message me in Ebay if you have paid EXPRESS POST so I can ensure i post your item on the day your payment clears. FREE regular POST on specified items for AUSTRALIAN buyers ONLY on purchases over $100, this does not apply to International buyers.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?

A:I post your item as soon as I am physically able. I aim to post within 1-2 days after payment clears. I run my store myself and in busy sale periods postage may take longer than usual. If you choose EXPRESS POST please ensure you notify me in My Ebay to prevent delay. Check my store to make sure i'm not away. If an item is lost in the post I will do all I can to locate it.

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A:Postage costs include postage, packing & handling and barely cover my postage costs. it is not negotiable. All items are packed carefully to ensure no damage can occur once the item is posted. Items are posted through Australia Post. Each additional item postage: Australian buyers $1 and International buyers $3.

Q:Do you ship internationally?

A:Yes I post worldwide by Airmail which takes approximately 7-10 weekdays. Seamail can be requested if available to your country and you would like cheaper slow shipping, please note that Seamail usually takes 2 months or longer. I have recently learned that Germany does not accept cosmetics to enter their country so I cannot post to Germany. Please ensure that you are aware of your Countries' Customs requirements and only purchase items allowed into your country.

Q:Can I pick up the item?

A:There is no pick up available as I do not have a physical store open to the public and all items are kept in a storage facility. If the item is very large and heavy, there may be an exception to this, and this would be indicated on the listing.

A:I am happy to accept returns if there is a problem with your purchase. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS. Item will be exchanged when stock available, otherwise I will provide a refund. Please contact me and then return the item in the package it was posted to you in as a 'return to sender' so you don't pay return post. I require the faulty item back to report it to my supplier.
