Garment Description: Layer upon layer of the softest non-scratchy black tulle, guaranteed not to irritate the skin. Very full and difficult to
see through so it hides thigh size very well. A separate underskirt (slip) may be required if worn as a skirt, or wear over a skirt you own, shorts, jeans,
leggins etc. Layer upon layer and metres and metres of the softest black fluff with a soft elasticised fabric waistband. Very stretchy so it can sit on the
hips or waist. Check measurements below against your own. Top quality materials and fabrication - not a budget item.
Can be worn as a petticoat under a skirt or dress to fill it out or over a leotard or with a strappy top.
Garment Measurements: Waistband laid flat, unstretched 39cm (15.5"). Length 56cm (22").
Body Measurements: Fits hips or waist sizes from 84cm (33") to 101cm (39.75").
Garment Care Instructions: Machine washable separately. Drip Dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron.
