Warranty / Exchange / Returns:

Most items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.

If you return the phone for any other reason within 7 days from receipt, in the SAME Condition as you have received from us WITHOUT USING it, we will REFUND you less an administration charge of £50 + Postage Charges.  This charge is there because we cannot re-sell the phone as new.

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.

Please note that; you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a “signed for” service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise your refund will be delayed.

Ensure that you check with your network full phone compatibility prior to purchase as we cannot make any special allowances for returns due to any phone incompatibilities, apart from manufacturing defects and faults; otherwise any such return will be subject to the administration charge.
