2. There is evidence that the phone has been handled by an unauthorized repair personnel or an non-original software has been install to the product

3. Details (IMEI / Serial number / model number) not matching with original copy of POP (proof of purchase)

  • Should the warranty is void, we will provide repair service with a quote. All repairs are done as per manufacture standard by an authorized service center.
