Payment

• If you are the successful bidder/purchaser, please complete the eBay payment process. You will be presented with our bank details so that if you elect to pay by direct deposit you can do so. Direct deposit is our preferred payment option but please include your eBay ID in the payment description. However, Bank Cheque, Money Order and Paypal are also accepted payment options. You will receive a confirmation email when your item has been posted.
• Part of our policy at Thar Industries is that we do not post items out until payment has been received. Once the entire amount has been transferred, Thar Industries will then post the item to the purchasers nominated address. If you wish to safeguard against damage caused during delivery, please include an additional $3.50 and we will include postage insurance. Although it is extremely uncommon for items to be damaged or lost during postage, if the item is damaged or lost, we can not be held liable.
• Please finalise transactions within 5 days of purchase. If payment has not been received within 5 days and the bidder has not contacted us, then we have no option but to file an Unpaid Item Dispute notice.

Postage and Contact us

• We generally post items one or two days after payment has cleared. Often customers don't believe how quickly their item has arrived. However, if you seek an urgent delivery, and/or your item needs special attention, please contact us at sales@tharindustries.com.
