This auction comes with 12 months parts and labor warranty. If the tent is
damaged on arrive, we CAN ONLY claim the insurance for those customers who
purchased the delivery insurance, otherwise, the warranty will not cover the
damage or loss during delivery. New trailer is covered by the
manufacturers warranty for a period of 12 months (3 months for commercial
use), from the date of the purchase against defects in workmanship and
material (tyres, wheels & brake pads excluded), kindly retain your sales
docket for this products as this is proof of purchase and must be presented
if making a claim through Cozylifeaustralia. Trailers must be returned to
our factory for warranty work to be done.
The warranty will not cover the postage
cost at both end. Customers will also have to check clearly if the tent was
damaged on arrive, and report to us within 14 days.
- All Tent have been checked and completed with all accessories, any
errors or missing parts in the item is unintentional
- We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance
with our policies unless negative feedback has been left or threatened
Return Policy:
- Any Return Tent has to be within 7 days Period , the
postage cost will be on the purchaser' s expense in both directions. The
item needs to be unused and in brand new condition.
- We will exchange the tent only during 7 days from the
date the item have been received. (excluding postage fee)
- Any faulty Part needs to be sent back to us at purchaser' s
expense. Then we will process the replacement as COD.
