Items that are collect only Paypal preferred but cash on collection is possible. Postage & Packing Postage is usually 2nd class through Post Office – Items that are to heavy for 2nd class go via First Class or Standard Parce or Courierl. Overseas buyers are welcome but were no postage costs are shown must e-mail for cost PRIOR to bidding. I am always happy to combine P & P were possible – even if this means me sending your items in 2 parcels. ALL ITEMS ARE SENT WITH A PROOF OF POSTING – NO EXCEPTIONS Delivery Please allow 14 days for delivery, this is to allow for Post Office delays and our home schedule. I post on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, FRIDAYS, & SATURDAYS. Every day in Peak periods (Not Bank Holidays or Sundays). Should your item go missing in the postal system a claim will be made with Royal Mail BEFORE any item/refund is sent. Refunds & Returns Refunds are given in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Items must be retruned within 14 dayas – the P & P is non refundable and the buyer must use a suitable service to return the item. Ie Recorded/ Courier for more valuable items or get a proof of posting for smaller items. The exception to this is under government guidelines we are not able to offer returns/refunds on second hand items and goods that we sell for other people.
