CONDITIONS OF SALE - Bidders, please ensure that you read this section before placing a bid. These conditions are provided to ensure that the buyer and seller both experience a quick, safe and happy transaction.

·        WINNING BIDDERS – You must complete the sale transaction within 3 business days from the date of the auction ends.  If you are not able to do so, please let us know.  We can come to some sort of agreement.  A bidder, who fails to complete the sale and has not contacted us, will have a non payer alert filed against them, so please do not bid unless you intend to complete the sale.

·        SERVICE COMMITMENT – We will promptly acknowledge your payment and advise of when the item will be posted. We always strive to provide a high quality of service and regular communications.

·        PAYMENT – All payments are payable directly by bank deposit (preferred), paypal, money orders or bank cheques.

·        POSTAGE – Postage costs quoted are for regular mail, unless otherwise stated. I use Australia Post Pre-Paid Satchels most times.

·        DELIVERY – The item will not be posted until payment has been received in full & cleared, we will endeavour to post items within 1-2 business days of payment receipt.  Shipment is via Australia Post. 

·        FEEDBACK – We will provide feedback immediately upon acknowledgement of your feedback.  That way we know that you have received the item.  EBay ratings are very important because they let us know that you have received the item and give other buyers and sellers the confidence to do further business with us.  If for any reason a problem should arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.
