Guarantee
Most TUPPERWARE is backed up by a lifetime guarantee. Tupperware will replace, free of charge any Tupperware part that shows any manufacturing defect, as long as it is used for normal domestic use and in the right way. Some Tupperware products are not backed by a lifetime guarantee, because they are not intended for lifetime use such as some knives, blades etc.
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BIDDING
If you have no intention in purchasing or paying for these items, please do not bid. I am an honest and very patient person. If for some unforeseen circumstance you are unable to organize payment within 7 days, please let me know what is happening, and an extension for payment can be organized (within normal limits). If payment is not received within 7 days, and/or no contact has been made, items will be relisted, and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be lodged.
Payment Terms
Contact is to be made within 3 days of the winning bid, and payment within 7 days. My preferred payment method is Direct Bank Deposit. If you are paying via direct bank deposit, please leave user id so that the payment can be identified. I also accept PayPal, money orders and Bank Cheques. If you are using this method of payment, please let me know, as this usually takes longer. COD and pick up is not an option.
Feedback
If you are the winning bidder, I would appreciate your feedback once you receive your item, and I will do the same for you. If there is a problem, please email me, and I am sure we can work something out. Customer satisfaction is important to me.
Postage and Handling
Postage prices are below, and vary depending on which state you are in. Please note that all purchases over the value of $50 will be sent via Registered Post only. This will cost you an additional $2.80. This is due to EBay’s new changes regarding compulsory PayPal on all listings. To be eligible for Seller, Buyer protection, items have to be sent via registered post because this is the only proof of posting that PayPal will accept.
I use Australia Post. Cost depends on the weight and dimension of the item to be posted. I estimate postage cost as accurately as I can, but it is almost impossible to do this, and sometimes you end up paying a few dollars more and other times, I end up paying the extra.
Items will be posted the cheapest and safest way possible. I use recycled boxes, prepay satchels, bubble wrap and sticky tape!! So postage cost is not only for the cost that Australia Post charges, but the cost of Bubble Wrap, packaging materials, Tape, and Padded Envelopes.

Registered Post ($2.80) covers items up to the value of $100. If the item you purchase is over a hundred dollars, it will cost $1.25 extra per$100 for insurance. It is up to you weather you want extra insurance or not. Please let me know if you want extra insurance on your items.
Shipping
Your item or items will be posted out within 1-3 days of cleared payment. Please note that although PayPal is instant, some payments remain PENDING for a couple of days.
I will send you an email to let you know that your item has been posted.
Multiple Purchases
I am more than happy to combine postage to save you money. Combined postage can save you a lot of $$$. Please request an invoice BEFORE going through to checkout. I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised with my combined postage prices!
PayPal Payments & Multiple Purchases
Please do not check out until you have finished shopping. If you check out separately, then you will have to pay for Registered Post on each separate invoice. So, please finish shopping and then request an invoice BEFORE going through to checkout. You can save yourself at least $2.80 off every purchase, because you won’t be paying for registered post on each individual item, however usually it is a saving of more than $2.80.
If you are bidding on other items, please let me know. Once payment is received, your items will be posted, and I will not be able to combine your purchases. This is because PayPal will not accept separate invoices and only one receipt of postage for proof of posting.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
I do my very best in making sure that items listed are described as accurately as possible. I also check to make sure items are not faulty, and sometimes it is quite difficult because I don't like opening sealed packages etc, so that you can receive item sealed and NEW. Sometimes I do open packages, for photo purposes only.
We are all humans, and do sometime make mistakes. If the item is faulty ON ARRIVAL, please let me know ASAP, and something can be worked out.
If the item is faulty on arrival, the buyer (YOU) shall be responsible for postage costs, VIA REGISTERED POST ONLY. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM BEFORE DOING SO. Sometimes you don't need to send the whole item, just the faulty part e.g. the Seal. Sometimes it is possible to exchange the item from a Tupperware Representative in your area, which saves you money on postage. If no contact is made, and item is not sent via registered post, I will not be held responsible for lost mail.
I do not refund money or exchange products if you have simply changed your mind.
