All my items are in  mint condition, although most are second hand there is no fading, tears or stains unless otherwise stated. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT NEW, UNLESS STATED SO.  This one is new, no tags, BEBE Sydney label - can't find a size label, think I bought it as a 12, please check all measurements, AS I DO NOT REFUND FOR WRONG SELECTION. 

A great quality Chocolate brown Stretch Pants. They have two front slide pockets just below its 3 Inch / 8cm waistband that fastens in the front with hooks and eyes and blind buttons. Brand new  made from cotton Elastane blend material with a 20 cm or 8 Inch rise. They are from hem to waist 39 Inches or 99cm long and measure 17 Inches or 43cm in the waist laying flat -Gorgeous with a crisp white top.
