These navy pants are made by LWR and have the following features - soft finish gaberdine fabric with teflon stain release treatment, half elastic waist, pleated front with zippered fly, side pockets and name tag.  These are excess retail stock which originally sold for almost $40.00.  Girls 10 and 14youth are the only sizes available.
