These are very cute short boardies by Rival Swimwear.  They shorts are made from a lightweight polyester which has a shine to it which is very attractive.  There is an embroidered flower on the back pocket which is feminine and cute.  The shorts have a velcro fly and a cord.  These are brand new with tags attached - normally retailing for over $30.00.
