FAQ

1. How soon will I receive my item? Item will be posted by Australia Post Express Post to you immediately upon clearing of your payment. I ship all items at the very latest the day after your payment clears, but in 99% of cases I ship on the day of payment! Don't wait a week or more to receive your new purchases!

2. Do you allow pick up? Yes! Pick up is welcome on any item. Payment for pick up items must be cash on pick up only and the buyer must contact me within 3 days of auction ending to organise a suitable pick up time. I am in Mount Helena, WA.

3. What is your refund/exchange policy? We will allow a size exchange for this item should the item not fit you satisfactorily, however no refunds will be issued unless the garment is faulty. Buyers will be responsible for postage of the item back to us (via registered or express post only) in order to obtain a size exchange. Occasionally we offer clearance items with a strict no-refund, no-exchange policy, such items are clearly marked with this when it applies.

4. Do you give postage discounts if I buy more of your items?  Yes! I use Express Post Satchels, and will fit in whatever I can to minimise your postage costs! Please email me for a quote.

5. Do you 'hold' items? No. Any items that are not paid for with 5 days of auction ending will be relisted, the buyer will receiving a non-payment strike and negative feedback.
