·        SERVICE COMMITMENT – We will promptly acknowledge your payment and advise of when the item will be posted. We always strive to provide a high quality of service and regular communications.

·        PAYMENT – All payments are payable directly by bank deposit, paypal, money orders or bank/personal cheques.

·        POSTAGE – Postage costs quoted are for regular mail, unless otherwise stated. I use Australia Post Pre-Paid Satchels most times.

·        DELIVERY – The item will not be posted until payment has been received in full & cleared, we will endeavour to post items within 1-2 business days of payment receipt.  Shipment is via Australia Post.
