The original pedometer and tape measure have been lost.  I have replaced them with others (same function but different appearance to originals)

The pack goes through the 3 phases of the program in great detail

1)     Kick start program and curb cravings

2)     Weight loss phase

3)     Maintaining your weight phase.

I have not registered this pack so there is also a 6 weeks membership to the Bodytrim online club.

My well-intentioned mother purchased this for me after hearing so many amazing stories of successful weight loss from friends.  As a busy mum with twins I don't even have the time to watch the DVDs.  Grab yourself a bargain!

 

Postage is $9 or you can pick it up from my home.  We live in Greystanes (near Parramatta), Sydney.
