UP FOR AUCTION TODAY IS THIS MID 1900S FROSTED DECANTER WITH SIX MATCHING GLASSES THE LID SURROUND IS BRASS  BUT IT IS CRACKED ON BOTH SIDES WE HAVE NOT TAKEN IT OFF AS WE DID NOT WANT TO FORCE IT,BUT THE SMALL LID IS EASY REMOVED.THE DATE OF THIS PIECE HAS TO BE EARLY AS ITS ORIGINAL LABEL HAS BOHEMIA HAND MADE AND A STICKER ON THE BOTTOM HAS MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA WHICH MEANS IT WAS MADE BEFORE THEY BECAME A REPUBLIC. IT MEASURES 23 CMS HIGH CIRCUM 34 CMS THE GLASSES ARE 7.5 CMS HIGH AND 5 CMS ACROSS THE OPENING THE GILT IS PERFECT ON ALL OF THEM. THIS SET IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION THE ONLY FAULT IS THE BEFORE MENTIONED BRASS TOP.
